These Terms & Conditions govern the operation of the online store closer.coffee and set out the rights and obligations of SIA “Roastmaster” (Reg. No. 40203528387, legal address: Baznīcas iela 2, Ventspils, LV-3601; hereinafter – seller) and the buyer.
By using our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. General Provisions

The owner and seller of the online store is SIA “Roastmaster”
A user is any natural or legal person who uses the online store and/or places an order. The user confirms that they are a legally capable individual (at least 18 years of age) or a legal entity representative authorized to enter into transactions.

2. Products

The online store sells roasted coffee beans and coffee roasters.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. The actual appearance of the product may differ slightly.
All product prices are displayed in euros (EUR), including VAT.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed via the online store by filling in the required order fields.
The buyer must provide accurate and truthful information for order processing.
Payments are made by card via the service provider Stripe.
The order is considered confirmed once the payment is received.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the buyer’s specified address in Latvia and other available countries (if applicable).
Delivery costs and times are displayed during order checkout.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier or other third-party service providers.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product and return it without giving a reason, except in cases specified by law.
The buyer bears the cost of return unless the product is defective or delivered in error. Food products (roasted coffee) cannot be returned once opened or if damaged due to the buyer’s actions.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Warranty and Liability

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable).
The seller is not responsible for:
– consequences of inaccurate data provided by the buyer,
– delivery delays or errors caused by the buyer,
– technical issues that may cause online store downtime

7. Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on closer.coffee.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the buyer and the seller shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or the courts of Latvia.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Latvian courts.
