Brazil | Capim Branco, Natural

Story of Coffee

Capim Branco coffee farm was established in the distant year of 1901. Spanning a total of 300 hectares, the farm is home to nearly 1.5 million coffee trees. The name "Capim Branco" translates directly to "White Grass," fully justifying itself during the coffee tree flowering period between September and November with the white aromatic coffee blossoms. The ancient traditions of this farm, coupled with modern thinking, contribute to the cultivation of world-class coffee, leveraging the unique climate of the Cerrado Mineiro region, renowned for its creamy, nutty, and delicately sweet flavor nuances in coffee.

Today, the coffee farm is managed by brothers Ismaels and Eduardo Andrades, along with Ismael's son, Romulo, thus ensuring the transfer of tradition to future generations and continuing to evolve continuously.

This has resulted in numerous prestigious coffee awards, including the first place in the "Cup of Excellence, Brazil" in 2017.

* Yellow Catuaí coffee beans are known for their smaller size and yellow or orange color when ripe. They offer a wide flavor profile, including sweetness, fruitiness, and floral notes. The adaptability and quality of Yellow Catuaí have made it popular among coffee growers worldwide.
